CA Accessories & Jewelry is where we gather the pieces that finish an outfit: sterling silver jewelry, leather and linen bags, hats, and scarves. Each one is chosen by us, made by artisans who work by hand, and meant to be used often.
Jewelry Made in India
Our jewelry is made by artisans in India, much of it in Rajasthan. The collection includes earrings, rings, necklaces, and bracelets in .925 sterling silver, many finished in 18k gold plating or gold vermeil. Several pieces feature natural gemstones, including peridot, carnelian, citrine, amethyst, labradorite, and moonstone. Because every stone is different, no two pieces are exactly alike. Rings come in sizes 6 through 10, and many are made to be worn alone or stacked.
Leather Bags from Ethiopia
Our leather bags are handmade in Ethiopia from top grain or full-grain vegetable-tanned leather, with brass hardware. They include The Cross Body Bag, The Work Tote, The Bag Tote, The Woven Leather Bag, and The Clutch, available in Black and Tan. The leather is left untreated, so it develops a patina with use. Each bag may vary slightly in color and finish.
More Bags for Everyday
Our Linen Big Bags are spacious totes made in Lithuania from 100% European linen, stone washed for softness and certified OEKO-TEX and European Flax. For time outdoors, the Foraging Backpack is crafted in India with full-grain leather straps and solid brass hardware, and the Foraging Basket is a smaller cross-body option for gathering. For smaller essentials, our Wool Coin Pouches and Wool Zipper Pouches are hand-felted by artisans in Nepal, with brass zippers and full linings.
Hats Made in the USA
Our felted wool hats, the Jones, Bolero, and Livingston, and our woven straw Plowman Hat are handcrafted in the USA by skilled milliners. Each hat has slight variations that reflect its handmade character. Our CA Cashmere Beanies, knit in Nepal, are also part of our Sweater Shop.
Scarves for Every Season
We carry scarves in several fabrics, and some appear in more than one collection. Our Linen Scarf and Mykonos Scarf are found only here. The Linen Scarf is an oversized 100% fine gauge linen scarf with an eyelash fringe, available in eight colors. The CA Scarf Wrap is a linen blend that is hand-block printed and sewn by artisans and tailors in India, and the Classic Plain Brushed Scarf is 100% lambswool, handcrafted in Scotland.
